业务发展规划：分析商用车UI创意设计业务未来发展方向，规划UI设计团队的能力发展路径，组织团队成员开展UI设计技能、创意思维及车载场景适配能力的提升培训，推动团队设计水平迭代升级。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1.具备良好的UI创意手绘与视觉表达能力，能快速通过草图、效果图表达多元UI创意，对视觉色彩、版式布局、交互逻辑有敏锐的把控力，擅长呈现乘用化风格的UI细节与体验感。\n2.精通sketch,master go,figma,PS,AI,AE等主流设计及动效软件,熟练运用blender或C4D、unity或UE、vred等三维设计软件。\n3. 掌握主流AIGC设计工具的基础应用，可借助AI工具辅助UI创意发散、界面方案迭代、视觉效果优化，提升UI创意设计效率与呈现质感。\n4. 具备良好的创新思维与UI审美洞察力，能够精准捕捉车载UI设计流行趋势，结合商用车场景特点，转化为适用于产品的UI创意点。\n5.
