Acting as the link between Field Service Technicians, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, and other internal stakeholders, you will ensure technicians have the equipment, spare parts, and operational support they need to deliver an excellent customer experience.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role. While your primary responsibility is coordinating and managing field operations, you should also be comfortable supporting technicians on-site whenever operational needs require it.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support the Swedish Field Service Technician team.\n\nCoordinate daily field operations and technician scheduling.\n\nAct as the main interface between Field Service, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, and other internal teams.\n\nManage inventory levels and ensure technicians have the necessary spare parts, tools, PPE, and equipment.\n\nOrder materials, spare parts, and equipment while working closely with Supply Chain.\n\nMonitor field performance, quality standards, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.\n\nProvide technical guidance and coaching to technicians.\n\nSupport commissioning, troubleshooting, and complex service cases.\n\nVisit customer sites when required to support technicians or resolve escalated technical issues.\n\nEnsure compliance with Swedish electrical safety regulations and company procedures.\n\nDrive continuous improvements in field service processes.\n\nRequirements\nRequired\nCompleted Upper Secondary Electrician Programme (El- och energiprogrammet - inriktning Elteknik) or an equivalent electrical qualification recognized in Sweden.\n\nECY Certificate (ECY-certifikat) or equivalent documented electrical competence recognized in Sweden.\n\nEligible to perform electrical installation work in Sweden under the applicable Elsäkerhetsverket regulations.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience working with residential PV systems, battery storage systems, and EV chargers.\n\nPrevious experience leading technicians, coordinating field operations, or managing service teams.\n\nExperience with inventory management, spare parts planning, and supplier coordination.\n\nStrong planning, organizational, and communication skills.\n\nValid Category B driving licence.\n\nFluent Swedish and good English.\n\nNice to Have\nSolarEdge Certified Installer.\n\nWorking at Heights / Fall Protection certification.\n\nExperience working with Swedish Distribution System Operators (DSOs).\n\nExperience
