Responsibilities\nProcurement & Order Management\nCreate, process, and track purchase orders (POs) for materials, components, and services.\n\nCollaborate with vendors to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery timelines.\n\nReconcile purchase orders with invoices, delivery receipts, and packing lists to ensure accuracy.\n\nMaintain strong relationships with suppliers to support issue resolution and on-time delivery.\n\nInventory & Logistics Coordination\nMonitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment for both van stock and warehouse stock.\n\nAssist in managing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) partnerships and data accuracy.\n\nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation for warehouse receipts.\n\nPartner with warehouse teams and 3PLs to ensure smooth logistics and inventory accuracy.\n\nSupport operational readiness of the technician van fleet by coordinating vehicle procurement, registration, and tooling.\n\nAssist in managing fleet-related suppliers and purchase orders, ensuring cost control and alignment with procurement processes.\n\nHelp maintain fleet compliance and performance by tracking maintenance, inspections, and vehicle records.\n\nSystems & Reporting\nUpdate and maintain ERP systems (Endurance) for PO and inventory data.\n\nSupport the 13-week forecasting process by providing supplier and inventory insights.\n\nGenerate weekly and monthly reports on purchase order status and stock positions.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.\n\nSupport the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with the Dispatch, Field Service, and Finance teams to streamline workflows.\n\nQualifications\n2-4 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or logistics.\n\nStrong understanding of supply chain operations, ERP systems, and vendor coordination.\n\nProficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.\n\nExcellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented
