applications\nCreating and applying AI-assisted development tools and workflows in day-to-day work\nDesigning API-first systems and creating OpenAPI specifications\nDeveloping and operating containerized applications\nPracticing quality-focused development with unit and integration testing\nCollaborating closely with Product, Security, and Architecture teams\nActively participating in technology decisions and establishing engineering best practices\nWhat we require:\nStrong English communication skills, both written and spoken\nSeveral years of hands-on experience with TypeScript development\nSolid knowledge of version control systems (Git)\nExperience with modern backend development using:\nJava (Spring Boot or Quarkus), or\nC#/.NET, or\nNode.js\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows (e.g., MCP, local LLMs, modern AI engineering toolchains)\nExperience with Docker-based development and deployment\nExperience with unit testing frameworks (Vitest, Jest, or similar)\nStrong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0)\nYou start with advantage if you have:\nExperience with CMS platformsKnowledge of OWASP MASVS\nDevelopment or operational experience with Kubernetes\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean)\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, or Bamboo)\nExperience configuring web servers and reverse proxies (Nginx, Apache)\nExperience with monorepo tools (Nx, Turborepo)\nExperience with OpenShift (OCP/OKD)\nExperience with BDD methodologies (Cucumber, Gherkin)\nExperience with Redis or other distributed caching solutions\nExperience building event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)\nExperience
