Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Развитие продаж и увеличение объемов потребительского кредитования на вверенной территории;
  • Анализ рынка, поиск и привлечение новых партнеров к сотрудничеству с Банком, установление и поддержание эффективных долгосрочных отношений с партнерами;
  • Анализ, контроль и обеспечение выполнения плановых показателей (KPI);
  • Подбор и формирование успешной команды экспертов прямых продаж на торговых точках;
  • Развитие и поддержка деловых отношений с партнерами, директорами магазинов торговых точек и клиентами Банка.

Что ждем от успешного кандидата :

  • Образование: среднее специальное/высшее;
  • Опыт управления командой по розничным продажам, опыт успешных личных продаж, опыт привлечения партнеров к сотрудничеству;
  • Лидерские качества и готовность вести команду к успеху за собой;
  • Готовность к разъездной работе.
