We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. \nWhat you’ll do\nAs Product Manager for Product-Led Growth (PLG), you’ll own the roadmap for how Otter grows through the product itself. This role is focused on building a self-serve growth engine that improves acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. You will:\nDesign and run experiments to improve funnel efficiency, reduce CAC, and increase conversion from lead → customer → expansion.\nBuild features and flows that generate organic growth.\nDrive monetization through pricing experiments, upsell opportunities, and CRM-driven campaigns that expand LTV.\nPartner with Marketing, Sales, and Data Science to enrich leads, improve attribution, and optimize channels.\nDefine and track success metrics - CAC, LTV, conversion rates, activation velocity, and self-serve revenue.\nWork cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM to ship fast, learn quickly, and scale what works.\nWhat we’re looking for\n3+ years of product management or relevant experience.\nProven track record of building and scaling growth-focused product experiences.\nStrong quantitative skills: comfortable with SQL, experimentation, and growth modeling.\nCreative problem solver with a bias toward fast learning and iteration.\nExcellent communicator who can align GTM, data, and product teams around a shared growth roadmap.\nBonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or restaurant/commerce technology.\nWhy join us\nGrowing market: You’ll be focused on an $80 billion market that’s projected to reach at least $500 billion by 2030 in the US alone.\nIndustry transformation: You’ll be part of a team redefining how restaurants run both online and offline.\nImpact at scale: What you build will directly power thousands of restaurants and millions of diners.\nCollaborative environment: You’ll work closely with talented colleagues across teams, with the support and guidance to grow your career.\nWhat else you need to know\nThis role is based in our San Francisco office location. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week. \nThe base salary range for this role is$195,000 - $242,000 per year.\nActual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.\nBase salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
