SUMMARY: - POSITION INFO: The Role: Developing, maintaining and continuously improving the operational and financial reporting environment through data modelling, dashboard development, reporting automation and business intelligence solutions. Reporting to the Data & Business Intelligence Lead, the incumbent ensures the accuracy, consistency and availability of business data while supporting operational, financial, executive and Board reporting across the network. Working closely with Operations, Finance and Business Development, the role contributes to building a scalable, automated reporting ecosystem that enables better business decisions, reduces manual reporting effort, strengthens data governance and supports the company's digital transformation strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Intelligence Development: Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and build new reporting solutions Develop data models and maintain reporting datasets Enhance existing dashboards: standardise reporting, improve visualisation and usability, and optimise report performance Support self-service reporting across the business Measured by: dashboards delivered against the agreed BI r
