This role is responsible for developing and executing analytic strategies that quantify clinical performance, ensure accurate reporting, and facilitate decision making around the organization. The Manager is accountable for leading a team of data professionals, overseeing data management platforms, and implementing modern tools that create efficiencies and facilitate data accessibility.\nEssential Responsibilities\nResponsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities, with or without an accommodation, may result in disqualification from the position.\nDevelops, implements, and sustains the organization’s quality, safety, and patient experience data and analytics infrastructure aligned with strategic goals and publicly reported performance measures.\nLeads and manages a team of data analysts, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and professional development planning.\nOversees team architecture of data structures, metric logic, and analytic frameworks used for quality reporting and improvement programs.\nRepresents the quality analytics function on organizational committees, workgroups, and governance forums as appropriate.\nPartners with executive, physician, and site-based leadership to develop and deploy reporting and analytic tools that advance organizational goals and identify opportunities.\nPrioritizes and oversees regulatory reporting activities, ensuring alignment with national standards and reporting requirements (e.g., CMS, Leapfrog, Joint Commission).\nLeads enterprise insight generation by interpreting complex analyses and performance trends to support leadership decision-making.\nGuides organizational readiness for changes in national quality programs, incorporating evolving requirements into analytic and reporting processes.\nEstablishes and reinforces standards for analytic quality, documentation, and consistency across quality reporting initiatives.\nGeneral Responsibilities:\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or related filed required.\nExperience: At least five (5) years of experience working in an academic medical center or complex healthcare environment, with at least three (3) years of progressive leadership experience required.\nCertification/License Requirements: None required.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nDemonstrated ability to lead and manage teams with multiple high-priority deliverables.\nStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex clinical data and develop sophisticated analyses.\nExpert-level analytic, statistical, and visualization competencies using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements, public reporting, and quality payment programs.\nExecutive-level written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nCurrent OU Health Employees - Please clickHEREto login.\nOU Health is an equal opportunity employer.
