Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.\nProvide high-quality behavioral health services to patients with a variety of psychological and medical conditions within the OU Health system.\n\nProvide consultation to other healthcare professionals regarding the psychological aspects of a patient’s mental health condition, medical condition, or hospitalization.\n\nAttend and collaborate with other healthcare professionals in team rounds, didactics, and meetings.\n\nProvide supervision to psychology practicum students, interns, and post-doctoral residents.\n\nMay participate in a variety of academic opportunities, including clinical research and education of trainees in psychology and other medical disciplines.\n\nMay participate in program development opportunities based on the specific needs of the clinical service.\n\nGeneral Responsibilities\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation Requirements\nDoctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.): Psychology (Required).\n\nExperience Requirements\nCompletion of a predoctoral, APA-accredited internship required.\n\nSpecialized training in psychology, including a postdoctoral residency/fellowship required.\n\nPsychologists employed at a Children's facility must have demonstrated experience working with Adolescents and Youth.\n\n5 or more years’ experience, including postdoctoral training, required.\n\nLicense/Certification/Registration Requirements\nLicensed as a psychologist in the State of Oklahoma required.\n\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities Requirements\nBe eligible for faculty appointment at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.\n\nHave knowledge of evidence-based psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation.\n\nHave an interest in training/supervision of trainees in psychology and other disciplines.\n\nHave experience in research, program development, and/or quality improvement.\n\nCurrent OU Health Employees - Please clickHEREto login.\nOU Health is an equal opportunity employer.
