Please do not apply if you reside outside these 5 states and will not relocate to one of the approved states listed.\nGeneral Description\nThe Professional Revenue Cycle Revenue Integrity Liaison is an experienced subject matter expert who leads complex revenue integrity initiatives, serves as an internal consultant, and drives enterprise-wide performance improvement efforts by analyzing professional billing workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting departments and providers with standard revenue cycle education and issue resolution.\nEssential Job Duties\nResponsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities, with or without an accommodation, may result in disqualification from the position.\nSupport departments, clinics and providers with education on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization workflows.\n\nIndependently identify and analyze charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends impacting professional revenue.\n\nProvide targeted education and recommendations to providers and departments to improve revenue cycle performance.\n\nDevelop and present performance metrics and trend analyses to operational leaders by running and reviewing standard reports and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nSupport the development and delivery of revenue cycle education and training programs.\n\nExpert knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows.\n\nStrong consulting, presentation, and influence skills.\n\nAbility to translate data into actionable operational strategies.\n\nGeneral Job Duties\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED required.\nExperience: At least 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience\nCertification/License/Registration: CHC, CPB, CPMA or CPC within 1 year of hire date.\nCurrent OU Health Employees - Please clickHEREto login.\nOU Health is an equal opportunity employer.
