des bonnes pratiques ITIL v4.\n-Outils ITSM & Reporting : Pratique solide de Jira ITSM et capacité à créer des dashboards sur Power BI.\n-Observabilité : Connaissance d'outils comme Splunk ou Datadog.\n-Culture technique : Compréhension des environnements SAP, des infrastructures On-Premise et des architectures Cloud.\nProfil recherché\n-Séniorité : Major Incident Manager expérimenté avec une solide expérience des environnements informatiques complexes et à forte exposition métier.\n-Soft skills : Leadership naturel en gestion de crise, excellente communication écrite/orale, forte résistance au stress et capacité à fédérer des équipes
