About the Role We are looking for a talented Editor to join our Editorial Department who will assist in all stages of the production of Junior Secondary Mathematics materials for the target market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the research of target markets and materials within schedule in order to facilitate planning of market-appropriate courses and achieve the policy and profit objectives set by management. Key Responsibilities: Market and Product Knowledge Clear understanding of market requirements is demonstrated. Research into, knowledge, and dissemination of HKEAA and EDB syllabi, education policy and pedagogic developments is up to date Education Bureau/Examination Authority syllabi are understood and accurately interpreted. Product knowledge is in-depth and working knowledge of all major competitive publications is maintained. Desk Editing OUP copy-editing and proofreading standards are adhered to. Ideas are developed for, and appropriate illustrations obtained to complement and aid understanding of the text. Work done meets the requirements specified by supervisors.
