You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to innovative product development, making this a dynamic and future-focused opportunity.\nOpportunity -\nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop and edit English language content with a strong focus on learning objectives and market requirements aligned with NEP and NCF frameworks\nManage projects end-to-end, from manuscript stage to final print and digital delivery\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to design and develop digital and blended learning products, including creation of new products and revision of existing ones\nResearch and adopt the latest pedagogical approaches to enhance product quality\nReview and validate factual content in collaboration with content developers\nEnsure high standards of quality, accuracy, timelines, and cost efficiency across all deliverables\nConduct detailed editorial reviews of Coursebooks, Workbooks, Literature Readers, and Teacher’s Manuals\nDevelop and review digital content on Learning Management Systems, ensuring accuracy and functionality\nCreate and review storyboards for animations, interactivities, and digital learning elements\nDevelop question banks and align them with relevant taxonomies, ensuring quality reviews at all stages until final sign-off\nCreate and review audio scripts, evaluate audio files, and ensure functionality of interactive e-books\nManage timelines and project milestones effectively to meet delivery schedules\nWork closely with content contributors, freelancers, and vendors involved in product development\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and business development, to understand customer needs and enhance product offerings\nSupport training and knowledge-sharing initiatives for business development teams to enable effective product demonstrations\nPartner with excellence teams to drive engagement initiatives such as webinars and product demonstrations\nImpact:\nYou will have a direct impact on the quality and effectiveness of educational products, influencing both print and digital learning experiences. Your work will contribute to product innovation, improved learner outcomes, and the organisation’s ability to serve schools and educators effectively.\nAbout You\nEssential Criteria\nPostgraduate degree with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment\nAttention to detail and strong editorial skills across print and digital formats\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders\nDesirable Criteria\nMA in English and/or MPhil in Education\nExperience in developing products in the K-8 EdTech industry\nTeaching or teacher training experience\nUnderstanding of school education systems, pedagogy, and curriculum frameworks\nAgile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing industry demands\nQueries\nPlease contact  with any queries relating to this role.
