It is an excellent opportunity to grow within a collaborative environment with clear development pathways.\nOpportunity -\nIn this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of mathematics textbooks and supplementary resources, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nPlanning, developing, and managing mathematics textbooks, workbooks, teacher guides, and digital assets\n\nEditing manuscripts for mathematical accuracy, clarity, sequencing of concepts, and appropriateness of examples\n\nEnsuring strong spiral progression and conceptual continuity across grades\n\nMaintaining consistency in pedagogy, notation, terminology, examples, and assessment styles\n\nMapping content to CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula, ensuring alignment with NEP 2020 and NCFSE 2023 competencies and learning outcomes\n\nEmbedding conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, problem-solving, mathematical communication, and real-life applications into content\n\nReviewing and validating exercises, word problems, activities, projects, and assessments\n\nEnsuring the right balance between procedural fluency, conceptual depth, and application\n\nCollaborating closely with authors, reviewers, designers, production, and digital teams to ensure high-quality outputs\n\nIncorporating reviewer and market feedback effectively\n\nEnsuring accuracy, inclusivity, and bias-free content\n\nManaging copyright, permissions, and originality checks\n\nDelivering projects in line with production schedules and editorial budgets\n\nStaying updated on developments in mathematics education, assessment reforms, and classroom practices\n\nContributing to competency-based, activity-driven, and digital-first learning solutions\n\nSupporting new product development and revisions based on market needs\n\nImpact:\nThis role directly contributes to the development of high-quality mathematics content used by learners across schools.
