This role will be integral in supporting the organization’s talent acquisition strategies and fostering a fair, consistent, and positive employee experience. The HR Generalist will partner with department leaders and employees to deliver responsive, people-focused HR services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nRecruitment and Talent Acquisition:\nDevelop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.\nCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, draft job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment plans.\nManage job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring visibility and reach to target audiences.\nBuild and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive networking, job fairs, and industry events.\nCoordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference verifications.\nSupport and enhance onboarding efforts to ensure a seamless new hire experience.\nEmployee Relations\nServe as a trusted resource for employees and managers on workplace concerns, policies, and employee relations matters.\nSupport timely, objective workplace investigations and document findings and recommended actions.\nCoach managers on performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, and consistent policy application.\nPartner with the VP, HR on employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.\nMaintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and support compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.\nGeneral HR Support\nParticipate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.\nContribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed, including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion efforts, and organizational development.\nWork Experience:\n5-7 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and/or employee relations.\n\nEducation/Training: \nBachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field required.\nSHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.\nSkills/Capabilities/Technical:\nBroad understanding of key principles and practices in Human Resources Management\nStrong understanding of best practices in recruitment, including sourcing and screening strategies and technology\nKnowledge of employee relations practices, including workplace investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and employment law compliance\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nStrong problem-solving and negotiation skills\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately\nExperience with ADP or other HRIS preferred\nAbout CTA:\nWant to work at the forefront of innovation and make an impact across the technology industry?\nThe Consumer Technology Association (CTA)® is the leading voice of the technology industry, representing innovators and shaping the future through advocacy, insights, and global events like CES®. The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
