Delivering at this scale means bringing together people, products, operations and partners, often across complex initiatives where no single team holds all the pieces.\nThat’s where you come in. We have two Programme Manager opportunities, each with a different focus:\nProgramme Manager - Researcher\nYou’ll bring together our operational, commercial, growth and product activity to help us deliver an outstanding experience for researchers using Our Future Health.\nFor this role, we’re particularly interested in someone who has operated in a commercial, growth-focused or customer-led environment and understands what it takes to coordinate activity across different functions at pace.\nProgramme Manager - Participant\nYou’ll focus on programmes that improve how we engage with, support and create great experiences for our participants, working particularly closely with our Community Engagement and Product teams.\nBoth roles need people who enjoy making things happen. You’ll take complex, cross-functional priorities and turn them into clear plans, connecting the dots between teams, spotting dependencies and keeping delivery moving.\nRequirements\nAcross both opportunities, we’re looking for people who are comfortable operating where there is complexity, ambiguity and change.\nYou’ll bring:\nExperience delivering projects or programmes involving multiple teams and stakeholders.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, commercially minded or growth-focused organisation.\nExperience working closely with Product teams and an understanding of how product development connects with wider business and operational delivery.\nStrong planning skills, with the ability to turn broad objectives into practical and achievable delivery plans.\nAn ability to see the bigger picture while keeping track of the details needed to make delivery happen.\nConfidence identifying and managing dependencies, risks, assumptions and blockers.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across different functions.\nExcellent facilitation and communication skills.\nA pragmatic approach to programme management - introducing the structure teams need rather than process for process's sake.\nCuriosity, initiative and the confidence to ask questions when something doesn't add up.\nExperience in healthcare, health research or data-driven organisations could be useful, but you don't need to come from healthcare.
