The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in managing tenants, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring smooth property operations. This role requires hands-on experience using Buildium for leasing, maintenance, accounting, and tenant communications.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage property operations using Buildium, including leasing, maintenance, tenant records, and reporting.\n\nOversee tenant relations by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.\n\nHandle the full leasing cycle including screening, lease preparation, renewals, and move-ins.\n\nCoordinate maintenance requests, dispatch vendors, and monitor work-order completion.\n\nTrack rent payments, follow up on delinquencies, and support basic accounting functions within Buildium.\n\nPrepare property reports, financial summaries, and occupancy updates as needed.\n\nEnsure compliance with policies, lease terms, and local regulations.\n\nMaintain organized digital files including leases, notices, invoices, and vendor paperwork.\n\nCollaborate with property owners, tenants, and internal teams to support day-to-day operations.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nMinimum 2 years of experience in US property management.\n\nStrong hands-on experience using Buildium (leasing, maintenance, accounting, reporting).\n\nSolid understanding of U.S. property management processes.\n\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties or tasks.\n\nFamiliarity with leasing, maintenance coordination, and rent collection workflows.\n\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be
