This role focuses heavily on content creation, including both video and graphic production, for digital marketing, social media, and website campaigns.\nThe ideal candidate is an expert in Canva (or comparable creative tools), understands U.S. marketing standards, and can independently produce scroll-stopping visuals and engaging short-form videos. You should be comfortable taking creative direction and translating it into polished, high-performing content.\nKey Responsibilities\nContent Creation (Video & Graphics)\nCreate engaging short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.\n\nDesign high-quality graphics for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.\n\nProduce branded marketing assets aligned with U.S. audience expectations.\n\nRepurpose content across multiple formats and platforms.\n\nSocial Media & Campaign Support\nDevelop creative assets for product launches, promotions, and announcements.\n\nCollaborate with marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals.\n\nOptimize content for engagement and platform performance.\n\nWebsite & Digital Assets\nDesign website banners, landing page graphics, and email visuals.\n\nMaintain consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints.\n\nSupport visual updates to marketing funnels and content pages.\n\nBrand & Creative Standards\nEnsure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.\n\nContribute ideas for improving brand presence and content performance.\n\nStay updated on U.S. digital trends and content styles.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nMinimum atleast2 years of experience in digital design and content creation.\n\nProven experience supporting U.S. based clients or brands.\n\nExpert-level proficiency in Canva (required) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other creative tools.\n\nStrong experience in video editing for short-form and marketing content.\n\nSolid understanding of U.S. social media trends and audience behavior.\n\nStrong creative eye for design, layout, typography, and motion.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.\n\nMust have a stable internet
