The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of HOA operations, strong communication skills, and experience working with homeowners, board members, and vendors in a U.S.-based HOA environment.\nThis role is critical in ensuring smooth community operations, timely issue resolution, and excellent homeowner service.\nKey Responsibilities\nHOA System Management: Use the HOA platform to manage HOA violations, collections, and compliance workflows\nViolations & Collections: Track violations, send notices, maintain records, and communicate with homeowners regarding compliance and outstanding dues\nPhone & Email Support: Respond to homeowner and board inquiries with professionalism and accuracy\nData Management: Maintain and update records, reports, and financial logs within the HOA system\nAdministrative Coordination: Handle scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination for smooth operations\nWorkflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and automate repetitive tasks\nReport Generation: Prepare and share violation logs, financial summaries, and collection reports\nCollaboration: Work closely with HOA managers, board members, and community stakeholders to ensure clear communication and policy adherence\nCompliance & Record Keeping: Ensure proper documentation of HOA policies, procedures, and legal compliance\n\nQualifications and Skills\nMinimum 2 years of experience in HOA or property management. \nFamiliarity with HOA operations, governing documents, and community standards.\nExperience using HOA or property management software (Vantaca, CINC, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities.\nCustomer-service oriented with strong conflict-resolution skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be currently residing in the
