Learn more at ourassistants.com.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced HOA Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of homeowners associations and ensure smooth community management. This role involves working closely with board members, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams to maintain compliance, manage community standards, and deliver excellent service.\nThe ideal candidate has strong experience in HOA management, is highly organized, and can confidently handle communication, violations, vendor coordination, and reporting in a remote environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCommunity & Board Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for HOA board members and homeowners.\n\nPrepare and coordinate board meetings, including agendas, reports, and minutes.\n\nProvide guidance to board members on HOA policies and operational decisions.\n\nHomeowner Communication & Support\nRespond to homeowner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.\n\nCommunicate community updates, notices, and policy changes.\n\nHandle escalations and resolve disputes while maintaining professionalism.\n\nHOA Compliance & Violations\nMonitor and enforce HOA rules and regulations.\n\nIssue violation notices and follow up to ensure compliance.\n\nMaintain accurate records of violations, communications, and resolutions.\n\nVendor & Maintenance Coordination\nCoordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and community projects.\n\nObtain quotes, schedule services, and monitor vendor performance.\n\nEnsure timely completion of work and proper documentation.\n\nFinancial Oversight & Reporting\nWork with accounting teams to review budgets, expenses, and financial reports.\n\nAssist in preparing financial summaries for board meetings.\n\nMonitor community expenses and support budget planning.\n\nAdministrative & Operational Support\nMaintain organized records of homeowner data, contracts, and documentation.\n\nGenerate reports related to community operations, violations, and performance.\n\nEnsure compliance with HOA governing documents and policies.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nMinimum 2-3 years of HOA or property management experience.\n\nStrong understanding of HOA operations, governing documents, and compliance.\n\nExperience with HOA management software such as Vantaca, AppFolio, CINC, Buildium, or similar.\n\nExcellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple communities and priorities.\n\nExperience working with U.S.-based clients is preferred.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.\n\nMust have a stable internet
