This role is essential for managing order fulfillment, tracking shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and communicating with vendors and partners. If you're organized, analytical, and experienced in U.S.-based logistics, wed love to have you on our team.\nKey Responsibilities\nOrder and Shipment Coordination\nMonitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery\nTrack shipments, update order statuses, and resolve delivery delays or issues\nCommunicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers about shipment statuses\nInventory Management\nMonitor inventory levels and initiate restocking when necessary\nCoordinate with team members to ensure accurate system records\nGenerate reports on inventory levels and discrepancies\nDocumentation and Compliance\nPrepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms\nEnsure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations\nMaintain accurate records of all logistics-related documents\nVendor and Customer Communication\nServe as the main point of contact for vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments\nAddress shipping, inventory, or delivery-related queries promptly\nData Management and Reporting\nMaintain up-to-date records in logistics systems or ERP platforms\nGenerate routine reports on inventory, shipment performance, and logistics costs\nAnalyze data to support decision-making and process improvements\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify areas for cost savings and workflow optimization\nAssist in the implementation of new tools and strategies to improve logistics operations\nQualifications and Skills\nRequired:\nMinimum 2 years of experience in U.S. logistics, supply chain, or a related field\nProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)\nStrong verbal and written English communication skills\nExcellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to work independently and handle multiple logistics tasks remotely\nPreferred:\nFamiliarity with ERP or logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)\nExperience working remotely in logistics or supply chain coordination\nKnowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation\nProficiency in inventory management software\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be currently
