The ideal candidate will coordinate repair and service needs between tenants, vendors, and property managers, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of maintenance issues.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive and respond to maintenance requests via phone, email, or property management software\nCreate, assign, and monitor work orders in coordination with vendors and technicians\nCommunicate service updates with tenants and property owners\nFollow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction\nVerify and process vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness\nManage emergency maintenance situations with appropriate urgency\nMaintain detailed maintenance logs and vendor performance records\nGenerate maintenance activity reports for property managers and owners\nQualifications and Skills\nRequired:\n2+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination\nFamiliarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware)\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple maintenance requests simultaneously\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nExperience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams\nPreferred:\nBackground in handling residential and property
