You will collaborate with an industry subject matter expert to build client relationships, qualify opportunities, and drive business growth across industries such as property management, logistics, and professional services.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and staffing requirements.\nPresent and pitch OA’s remote staffing solutions through professional video calls.\nIdentify, qualify, and nurture prospective business clients.\nBuild strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.\nHandle objections and communicate the value of remote staffing solutions.\nManage prospect follow-ups, sales pipelines, and CRM records.\nCollaborate with industry experts to develop tailored client solutions.\nQualifications\nAt least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.\nExperience in SaaS, BPO, remote staffing, digital marketing, or professional services is preferred.\nExcellent spoken and written English.\nStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.\nConsultative sales approach with high emotional intelligence.\nComfortable leading video calls and engaging with business clients.\nMust be based in South Africa or Latin America and available to work US business hours.\nOur Hiring Process\nStep 1: Application Submission\nSubmit your resume and application for our team to review your qualifications and experience.\nStep 2: Asynchronous Video Assessment\nShortlisted applicants will receive a list of questions to answer through a recorded video.
