Learn more at ourassistants.com.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced HOA Accountant with strong Vantaca expertise to manage financial operations for multiple homeowners associations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, handling assessments, and preparing financial reports in compliance with HOA standards.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing HOA financials within Vantaca, including owner ledgers, payables, receivables, and reporting.\nKey Responsibilities\nHOA Accounting & Financial Management\nManage HOA financials using Vantaca, including owner ledgers and association accounts.\n\nRecord and track assessments, payments, special assessments, and adjustments.\n\nProcess accounts payable, including vendor invoices and approvals.\n\nMaintain accurate financial records for multiple HOA communities.\n\nReconciliation & Reporting\nPerform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.\n\nPrepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and budget vs. actual reports.\n\nGenerate board-ready financial packages and homeowner statements.\n\nSupport month-end and year-end closing processes.\n\nAccounts Receivable & Collections\nMonitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections tracking.\n\nCoordinate with HOA managers on payment plans and account resolutions.\n\nEnsure accurate posting of payments and updates within Vantaca.\n\nCompliance & Documentation\nEnsure compliance with HOA governing documents and financial policies.\n\nMaintain organized and audit-ready digital records.\n\nAssist with audits, financial reviews, and year-end processes.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nMinimum 2-3 years of HOA accounting experience.\n\nHands-on experience with Vantaca is required.\n\nStrong understanding of HOA financials, assessments, and reconciliations.\n\nExperience managing AP/AR and financial reporting for multiple associations.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple portfolios and deadlines in a remote setup.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.\n\nMust have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.\n\nCompensation and
