We innovate using data, tech, and automation to simplify insurance from start to finish-we eliminated inaccurate quotes in favor of real prices, created a better way to bundle, and cut unnecessary costs in the traditional insurance process. Then we pass those savings along to our members. Basically, we’re doing insurance the way it was meant to be.\nBut we didn’t just create the insurance we’ve always wanted, we also created the company we’ve always wanted to work for. As we redefine insurance, we also want to redefine what it means to work in insurance. Find out for yourself.\nBranch has a preference for candidates in Ohio, but is open to candidates located in AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MD, MI, MO, NV, NC, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, and WI. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.\nBranch is remote first, with most Branchers choosing to work from home. Our headquarters are located in Columbus, Ohio, where we come together from time to time to build relationships and connect with each other in real life. We also have office space in Columbia and Concordia, Missouri as well as Forreston, Illinois. Once a year, the entire company gathers for “BranchFest”, a highlight of the year for many Branchers.\nAbout the role\nBranch is seeking a Senior National Account Executive to lead our most strategically important partnerships segment: large corporate insurance agencies, and major non-insurance institutions where Branch's technology becomes core to how these enterprises operate and grow.\nThis is a platform sales role. Rather than managing a book of independent agents, you'll sell Branch's proprietary technology and capabilities as the infrastructure a large enterprise builds its growth on. You'll own the relationship end to end, build the business case and the consensus needed across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, close complex deals that shape Branch's trajectory, and manage those partnerships to scale. Beyond your own accounts, you'll be a go-to voice on enterprise sales strategy and a resource other salespeople turn to.\nThis is a senior, high-visibility individual contributor role for someone who has built a career selling technology platforms into large, sophisticated enterprises, and who wants ownership of the accounts that define the next stage of Branch's growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the full enterprise sales cycle for Branch's most strategically significant accounts - large corporate insurance agencies and major non-insurance institutions - from first conversation through technical evaluation to a signed, live partnership.\n\nBuild a targeted pipeline of enterprise-scale insurance agencies and institutions, positioning Branch's technology as the platform these organizations build their insurance growth on.\n\nNavigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes - technology, operations, product, and executive sponsors - building the business case and consensus needed to close.\n\nPartner with Branch's Product and Engineering teams to scope integrations, address technical requirements, and translate partner needs into product input.\n\nManage and grow live partnerships post-launch: drive adoption, expand usage of Branch's platform, and grow production over time through a land-and-expand approach.\n\nStructure and negotiate commercial and technical deal terms, and drive agreements through legal and compliance to signature.\n\nAct as a subject-matter expert on enterprise/platform sales, owning the enterprise methodology that guides other salespeople and contributing to how Branch approaches sales strategy more broadly.\n\nWork closely with account management, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth technical onboarding and go-live for signed partners.\n\nKeep pipeline and forecasts accurate and current in Hubspot so leadership has a clear read on the business.\n\nSkills, Knowledge, and Expertise\n8+ years in enterprise or complex B2B sales, including at least 3 years selling into organizations with multi-layered, technical buying committees.\n\nTrack record closing technology/platform partnerships with large, corporate enterprises, not small or independently owned operators, that scaled materially after close.\n\nExperience selling in a startup or early-stage environment, where the offering was still taking shape and you helped shape it. Founder, consultative, or solution-design experience is a strong signal here.\n\nComfortable running technical, product-oriented sales cycles: articulating platform capabilities, coordinating technical evaluations and integrations, and building ROI-driven business cases for enterprise stakeholders.\n\nAbility to develop a deep understanding of Branch's product suite or value proposition: our proprietary technology and how it functions as a platform partners build on - able to position Branch as critical infrastructure, not just an insurance product.\n\nRecognized internally and in the market as an expert others turn to for guidance on enterprise deal strategy and execution.\n\nExcellent communicator across technical and executive audiences.\n\nProven track record hitting quota and production targets on complex, long-cycle enterprise deals.\n\nManages several large, multi-stage enterprise deals concurrently without anything slipping.\n\nSkilled negotiator on both commercial and technical contract terms.\n\nComfortable traveling regularly, in the range of 30 to 50%, flexing to what the deals need. Operates with full autonomy and proactive communication about account strategy and prioritization\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience; fluent with CRMs and standard productivity tools.\n\nFamiliarity with insurance is welcome and not required. What matters is that you can learn a complicated business quickly.\n\nWhy join us at Branch?\nWe’re all about getting back to getting each other’s back - that means Branchers, too. So we provide benefits that let you work and live to your fullest.\nAbove-market salary - Branch is a data-driven company, so we do the math on salaries, too. If you get an offer from Branch, you can expect compensation that hits above the mark.\n\nPay equity and transparency - Our pay isn’t just market-driven, it’s equitable. We let experience and performance drive your success, never your gender, race, orientation, or beliefs.\n\nRemote-first (with perks) - Work from where you’re most comfortable. We’ll take care of your work from home set-up and monthly internet. We also have a Columbus headquarters if you’d like to join us in an office.\n\nFlexible YouTime - We don’t just let you control your own time off. We actually encourage you to use it. After your first year at Branch, we’ll give you $1000 toward your next vacation.\n\nEmployee stock options - You’re not just an employee. If you’re full-time, you’re also a part-owner. You’ll have stock options so you can invest in the company you’re helping to grow.\n\nMedical, vision, dental - Get all the coverage you need for a healthy, happy life.\n\n401k and contribution matching - Invest in your future. Branch helps you get to retirement on time with a portion of your contributions matched each month.\n\nWhat to expect\nIn light of recent hiring scams across the United States, here’s what the process will look like with Branch (so you know it’s us):\nPlease apply to open positions directly through our site. If you don’t see it here, then it shouldn’t exist on another job board. If you’re ever unsure about the legitimacy of a Branch job posting found on another site, please check the listings here to verify.\n\nIf you're selected to move onto the next phase of the hiring process, a member of our Branch talent team will reach out to you directly from the email domain @ourbranch.com to guide you through our process.\n\nThe process will include a number of interviews, which will all happen either over the phone or on video calls.\n\nWe will never ask for personal payment or require you to purchase equipment during our interview process. Always be sure to protect your personal information.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity Employer\nAt Branch, we are deeply committed to community. Branch is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. All qualified applicants and/or employees will receive consideration for employment without regard to the individual’s age, race, color, religion or creed, national origin or ancestry, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, veteran status, genetic information, ethnicity, citizenship, or any other characteristic protected by law.","description_format":"text","description_chars":8790,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["401k plan","Equity","Stock options"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Loyalty Programs","Insurance"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-13T16:26:33Z"}],"liveness":{"score":85,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.945,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":25,"expected_fill_days":42,"reasons":["conf:9","urgency","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-09-23T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":175000,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/ourbranch-senior-national-account-executive-enterprise-technology-partnerships","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/ourbranch-senior-national-account-executive-enterprise-technology-partnerships.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-24T03:35:32Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
