Do you thrive at the intersection of people, processes and systems?\nHuman Resources Services (HRS) is seeking a Team Lead, HR Systems Support to lead a dynamic team responsible for supporting and enhancing the HR technology ecosystem that enables critical services across the House of Commons, for the Administration and the Members.\nIn this role, you will foster effective collaboration between HR stakeholders and technology partners to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and appropriately translated into sustainable technology solutions. As the HR Systems Support function evolves, the team will play an increasingly important role in business analysis, continuous improvement, change enablement and the adoption of new technology capabilities.\nIf you are a collaborative, highly organized leader who enjoys helping teams navigate change, please apply.\n Education :\nPost-secondary education in one or more of the following areas: information technology, information management, business analysis, business administration, human resources, or a relevant combination of education, experience and training.\nExperiences :\nExperience supporting business applications, enterprise systems or technology-enabled services.\nExperience managing operational priorities through a service desk, intake process, request queue or similar client support environment.\nExperience establishing, monitoring and improving business processes related to client support, issue resolution, system maintenance or service delivery.\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize requests and implement solutions.\nExperience developing and maintaining productive partnerships with clients, technical teams and external or internal service providers.\nExperience supervising staff or providing day-to-day leadership in a collaborative team environment.\nAssets :\nExperience supporting technology change initiatives, system enhancements, upgrades, releases or maintenance activities.\nExperience leading a team responsible for supporting business applications, enterprise systems or technology-enabled services.\nExperience leading teams through organizational change, including role transformations, significant business process improvements, and the implementation of new systems or technologies.\nExperience working in an HR-related environment or supporting HR technology solutions.\n We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace by providing a barrier-free recruitment and selection process.
