You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee and manage the Accounts Receivable team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational excellence.\n\nProcess and issue billings accurately and in a timely manner.\nMonitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments.\n\nMaintain accurate records of receivables transactions and update customer accounts.\n\nGenerate and analyze aging reports to track collection efforts.\n\nReconcile customer payments and resolve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nIdentify process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts receivable management.\n\nCollaborate with the sales-related (Growth) and operations teams to address billing concerns.\n\nAssist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.\n\nSupport audits and compliance requirements by providing necessary documentation.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.\n\nAt least 1 year of people management or leadership experience.\n\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes.\n\nProficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and PH compliance.\n\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in managing customer interactions.\n\nMust be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig twice a week.\n\nJoin our team as we revolutionalize healthcare in the Philippines-and beyond!\nDay 1 benefits for full-time employees - because we practice what we preach!
