From sourcing and screening to interviewing, administering assessments, extending offers, and negotiating, you will play a key role in building Hive’s team.\nYou will work closely with hiring managers, the management team, and external agencies to align on hiring needs, define role requirements, and drive efficient, high quality hiring decisions. This is a hybrid role with onsite work in Ortigas once a week.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the full recruitment cycle across all openings in the company\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers, leadership team, and external agencies to align on role scope, candidate profile, and hiring timelines\n\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and other channels\n\nScreen applications and conduct structured interviews\n\nAdminister assessments and conduct reference checks\n\nExtend offers and lead compensation discussions and negotiations\n\nMaintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database\n\nTrack and analyze recruitment metrics and hiring performance\n\nEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experience\n\nContinuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives\n\nQualifications\nAt least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.\n\nExperience handling end to end recruitment is a strong advantage\n\nComfortable partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders\n\nFamiliar with different interview formats, assessments, and reference checks\n\nExperience using ATS and building recruitment trackers or databases\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills\n\nStartup experience is highly preferred\n\nWilling to work onsite in Ortigas at least once a week\n\nJoin our team as we revolutionalize healthcare in the Philippines-and beyond!\nDay 1 benefits for full-time employees - because we practice what we preach!
