It’s an opportunity for a designer with exceptional visual storytelling skills and design sensibility to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute design concepts for a variety of creative needs, primarily focused on digital marketing campaigns and events, including web banners, email marketing, social media assets, and large-scale print graphics.\n\nPresent a range of design options for each project, offering creative solutions that allow for flexibility while maintaining alignment with Yahoo’s brand guidelines.\n\nCollaborate with copywriters, art directors, designers, and producers to deliver cohesive, impactful marketing materials.\n\nRefine and adjust design work based on feedback, maintaining high standards of quality, clarity, and brand consistency.\n\nProduce accurate, production-ready files in various formats, sizes, and specifications suitable for both digital and print.\n\nManage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.\n\nSupport the creation of presentations for creative projects and concepts\n\nStay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, including the latest developments in AI design tools, to continuously enhance creative output.\n\nQualifications\n3-5 years of design experience in an agency or client-side environment.\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and event design for various platforms.\n\nExceptional design sensibility with a strong grasp of visual storytelling.\n\nSolid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.\n\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), familiarity with Figma, and experience with AI tools is a plus.\n\nExcellent understanding of digital design principles, including banners and email marketing\n\nProven experience in event design, including large-scale print graphics that maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.\n\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and work collaboratively.\n\nExceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nFamiliarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools is a plus.\n\nProactive problem-solver with a flexible and collaborative approach to feedback and team input.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience preferred.\n\nThe material job duties and responsibilities of this role include those listed above as well as adhering to Yahoopolicies;exercising sound judgment;working effectively, safely and inclusively with others;exhibiting trustworthinessandmeeting expectations;and safeguarding business operations and brand integrity.\nAt Yahoo, we offer flexible hybrid work options that our employees love!
