Acting as the technical and operational bridge between clients, agencies, Sales, and internal teams, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly from initial brief through launch, optimization, and reporting.\nThis role combines client consultation, project management, creative production, technical execution, and campaign optimization in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate across multiple functions while leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve production workflows, increase operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional advertiser experiences.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary technical and production partner for Sales, Media Agencies, Creative Agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.\n\nReview campaign briefs and recommend the optimal creative and technical approach to achieve client objectives.\n\nPartner with Sales during the pre-sales process to develop creative solutions and support responses to client briefs.\n\nLead campaign kick-off meetings to align on creative specifications, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.\n\nManage end-to-end campaign production, including creative implementation, technical setup, QA, launch coordination, and delivery.\n\nMonitor campaign performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations throughout campaign execution.\n\nProvide campaign reporting, performance insights, and optimization recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.\n\nConsult with clients on creative best practices, reviewing assets and recommending improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.\n\nSupport creative production by developing or resizing assets when design resources are unavailable.\n\nPartner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Sales to continuously improve campaign execution and client experience.\n\nLeverage AI tools and automation to streamline creative workflows, accelerate production, improve QA, generate documentation, and increase operational efficiency while maintaining high creative quality.\n\nStay informed on emerging advertising technologies, creative trends, and AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve processes and advertiser outcomes.\n\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, creative production, client services, or campaign management.\n\nExperience managing digital advertising campaigns from concept through execution and optimization.\n\nExperience with Rich Media, Video, Mobile, and interactive advertising formats.\n\nFamiliarity with ad serving and creative platforms such as DoubleClick, Celtra, Sizmek, Innovid, or similar technologies.\n\nStrong client-facing communication, relationship management, and project management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.\n\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and external partners.\n\nExperience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve creative production, documentation, research, or operational workflows.\n\nWorking knowledge of Jira, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Google Workspace, and basic HTML/CSS.\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n\nThe compensation for this position ranges from $95,000 - $133,000 and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
