Играющая роль: примерно половина времени - собственная разработка, половина - архитектурный контроль и согласования с заказчиком.

Ваша зона ответственности:

  • Контроль целостности архитектуры при разработке с ИИ-агентами: ревью изменений, контроль того, что ключевые гарантии безопасности реализованы в коде и не «размываются» по мере генерации
  • Собственная разработка наиболее ответственной части системы: правила взаимодействия агентов, контроль допуска торгового робота к запуску
  • Развитие архитектуры по этапам проекта: переход от прототипа к целевой мультиагентной схеме, внутренний язык описания стратегий (DSL), интеграции с системами заказчика
  • Архитектурные документы и решения (ADR) по стандартам Банка; защита решений на архитектурном комитете заказчика; проработка вопросов с ИБ
  • Учёт и контроль технического долга, анализ архитектурных рисков

Необходимые навыки:

  • Высшее техническое образование
  • Опыт проектирования систем на основе LLM-агентов: взаимодействие нескольких агентов, структурированные форматы обмена, разделение ответственности между кодом и промптами
  • Опыт проектирования back-end систем: событийные модели, версионирование данных, журналы аудита
  • Знание нотаций UML/C4
  • Python (основной язык проекта) плюс ещё один язык
  • Базовые знания информационной безопасности
  • Опыт работы с Kubernetes

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт проектирования DSL, компиляторов или движков бизнес-правил
  • Опыт работы с LangChain/LangGraph
  • Опыт в брокерской или банковской сфере, понимание алгоритмической торговли
