working.\nSupport the transition of network services from third-party providers to the internal team.\nMonitor network infrastructure, analyse alerts and performance metrics, and respond to incidents.\nTroubleshoot network issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive service improvements.\nManage incidents, implement approved network and firewall changes, and ensure systems are patched, configured, monitored, and backed up.\nMaintain documentation, configuration records, and CMDB accuracy.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.\nDevelop scripts and automation solutions to improve efficiency, including exploring AI opportunities in NOC operations.\nSupport and coach junior NOC engineers.\nWymagania\n2–5 years of experience in a Network Operations environment.\nStrong knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Next-Generation Firewalls, and DHCP.\nUnderstanding of related infrastructure technologies (e.g., servers, cloud platforms).\nExperience with network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Aruba, Palo Alto, EfficientIP) are an advantage.\nITIL Foundation certification is preferred.\nStrong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving
