The ideal candidate combines a strong creative eye with an understanding of marketing and communication. You should be comfortable designing marketing materials, developing brand identities, managing social media platforms, and supporting online advertising campaigns.\n\nThis opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build practical experience in creative design, branding, digital marketing, and business communications while contributing to real projects and campaigns.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Graphic Design and Branding\n\nDesign marketing materials, including posters, flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, and digital advertisements.\n\nDevelop and maintain consistent brand identities across digital and print platforms.\n\nCreate visual content for social media, websites, campaigns, and other marketing activities.\n\nAssist with brand development, visual storytelling, and creative campaign concepts.\n\n2. Social Media Management\n\nManage and maintain the organisation’s social media accounts.\n\nPlan content calendars and create engaging posts, captions, graphics, and short-form videos.\n\nSchedule and publish content consistently across relevant platforms.\n\nMonitor engagement and identify opportunities to grow online communities.\n\nTrack social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.\n\n3. Digital Marketing and Advertising\n\nSupport audience targeting, campaign optimisation, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives.\n\nCreate advertising creatives and marketing copy for campaigns.\n\nMonitor reach, engagement, conversions, and advertising expenditure.\n\nContribute ideas for improving digital visibility and marketing results.\n\n4. Content Creation and Communications\n\nCreate engaging written and visual content for marketing campaigns and corporate communications.\n\nAssist with photography, video editing, reels, promotional videos, and other multimedia content.\n\nSupport the preparation of marketing materials, company profiles, proposals, and presentations.\n\nResearch marketing trends, competitor activities, and new creative opportunities.\n\n5. Reporting and Team Collaboration\n\nWork with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.\n\nMaintain organised design files, brand assets, and marketing content.\n\nProvide regular updates on completed tasks, campaign results, and upcoming activities.\n\nContribute creative ideas that improve the organisation’s brand visibility and market positioning.\n\nQualifications and Requirements\n\nA qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
