Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEO Specialist / Webmaster to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for optimizing website performance and user experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working with technical SEO, on-page optimization, and website management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring page load times, internal link structure, content quality, and site health to ensure our websites perform at their best and adhere to SEO best practices.

• Regularly audit websites for performance issues, including checking page load speeds, responsiveness, and overall site health.
• Monitor and optimize internal link structures to improve site navigation and user experience.
• Review and analyze content to ensure it's optimized for search engines, using appropriate keywords and formatting.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and sitemap submissions.
• Track key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement changes that enhance website performance and search visibility.
• Ensure all websites adhere to industry best practices, Google guidelines, and company standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to proactively manage SEO strategy.

• 2-5 years of experience in SEO, web development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts, including site structure, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to identify and troubleshoot site issues.
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and website performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical team members.
