As a vital part of our onboarding and optimization processes, the technical consulting team ensures our customers utilize Outreach to the fullest technical potential while adhering to best practices.\nThe Role\nAs a Sr. Technical Consultant you will play an important role working as a technical subject matter expert in a wide variety of SaaS technologies within the Professional Services line of business. You will work closely with internal and external consultants and technology experts to implement, upgrade, and configure various solutions in our sales engagement platform. This role will play a key part in our expanding AI initiatives, supporting customers in enabling and configuring AI capabilities within our platform. You will also act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations adopt and operationalize AI to drive measurable business value. The success of this role will be measured by the overall business impact, client adoption of technology best practices, and quality of platform setup conducted by the consultant.\nLocation: Remote within the U.S., with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast.\nYour Daily Adventures Will Include\nManage and execute on implementations & projects for customers, including AI-enabled solution deployments within our platform\nPerform detailed discovery with customers around their CRM usage and translate that to Outreach integration functionality\nServe as the go-to subject matter expert on Outreach technologies and AI features for internal and external stakeholders\nPartner with Program & Project Managers, Professional Services Consultants, Trainers, and customer stakeholders to successfully drive projects to completion\nExplore client processes and distill information from multiple sources to inform complex configuration setup and integration design\nSupport the adoption of AI-enabled workflows\nCollaborate with client technical experts to establish a thorough configuration testing plan\nOur Vision of You\nExperienced Technical Consultant - you have 4-5 years of experience working in a SaaS consulting role, with at least 2 years of experience in a technical or support role\n\nTechnical Aptitude - You have a history of mastering new technologies and technical skills quickly and efficiently. You also have a demonstrated ability to enact creative technical testing and troubleshooting processes\n\nAI-Curious & Adaptable - You stay current on AI-enabled tools and workflows, pick up new AI capabilities quickly, and look for practical ways to apply automation and AI-driven insights to improve your work and your customers' outcomes\n\nConsultant & Trusted Advisor - You have the ability to discover the “how” and “why” of proposed solutions to determine feasibility and suggest alternatives\n\nStrategic Problem Solver - You have a history of collaborating with teammates and enterprise level customers to solve difficult problems.
