foundation and strong problem solving skills including the ability to create software that’s reliable, scalable, and extensible.\nExperience developing software end to end using AI tooling such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, OpenCode, or something similar\nProven ability to learn fast, go deep, and take full ownership of complex systems.\nResults-oriented mindset with a bias toward shipping, iteration, and measurable impact.\nHumility, teamwork, and a drive for excellence.\nExperience building backend or platform services in a production environment.\nFamiliar with continuous integration
