sales and customer support teams, and play a key role in driving Outset’s EU expansion.\n\nInterface directly with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and build specific features to address them.\n\nProvide pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring timely resolution of all technical questions and issues.\n\nBe a key part of the team providing global operational support for the platform.\n\nDesign, develop, and optimize intuitive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React and Next.js.\n\nBuild robust and responsive components that seamlessly integrate with backend services and APIs.\n\nDesign, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and real-time data processing infrastructure.\n\nImplement and refine our in-house Large Language Model and real-time interview technology.\n\nLead customer-facing projects from initial conception through production deployment, ensuring scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of software engineering experience building and supporting production-grade frontend and backend systems.\n\nExperience in a customer-facing role.\n\nStrong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.\n\nExperience building scalable, responsive web applications.\n\nFamiliarity integrating frontend applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.\n\nStrong proficiency with Python and Django, including experience building robust APIs.\n\nExtensive knowledge of SQL databases (Postgres preferred).\n\nExperience deploying and managing services on AWS.\n\nStrong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.\n\nBonus points for familiarity with real-time data visualization, real-time data streaming and export, WebRTC, or AI/ML
