The challenge is to make complex research workflows intuitive and help customers trust and act on AI-generated results, balancing speed, usability, and research quality.\nThis is a hands-on individual contributor role on the Core Product team, working with engineering and design, the Core Product lead, Sales, and Customer Success.\nResponsibilities\nSet direction and make tradeoffs. Balance immediate needs with longer-term goals. Connect customer problems to business impact, prioritizing work that improves adoption, retention, and expansion.\n\nStart with customer evidence. Use customer interviews, product usage, and Sales and Customer Success feedback to identify the problems worth solving.\n\nBuild with engineering and design. Shape solutions, test assumptions, clarify requirements, and resolve open questions.\n\nOwn product quality. Test what you ship, catch confusing workflows and edge cases, and follow through on fixes.\n\nLead launch readiness. Equip customer-facing teams with positioning, demos, and launch materials that support adoption.\n\nMeasure and iterate.
