OCN powers branded campaigns for Brandworks, Outside's in-house content marketing agency. This person scouts and vets new creators, pairs them with the right brands, and runs creator-led campaigns from first brief to final report, including budgets and contracts.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who knows what makes social content authentic, credible, and engaging, and who loves finding new voices. Expect a steady pace most of the year, with a couple of multi-campaign pushes and contract support available during peaks. This is not a sales role. You'll contribute ideas to pitches and join client kickoffs once a campaign is sold.\nResponsibilities:\nProactively source and vet new creators across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; there's no fixed roster, so you'll build the bench campaign by campaign\nPair creators with brand and campaign needs, and write clear, on-strategy creator briefs\nManage post-production and the full campaign workflow, including Meta partnership ads (boosting/whitelisting)\nTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance using social media data\nManage creator campaign budgets and negotiate creator contracts\nContribute ideas to internal pitches and RFP responses; join client kickoff calls after a campaign is sold\nSupport creator content for fitness challenges on Outside's Map My apps\nStay current on social media and creator trends, and apply them to campaign planning\nWithin 1 Month, you will:\nOnboard with the Brandworks team and learn current OCN processes and custom content services\nTake ownership of post-production and creator briefs\nStart building relationships with existing creators and scouting new creators for upcoming campaigns\nDemonstrate proficiency in campaign tracking and reporting\nWithin 6 Months, you will:\nIndependently lead creator campaigns from concept to execution\nOwn creator budgets and contract negotiations\nExpand the OCN network with a diverse range of creators matched to campaign needs\nApply trend knowledge to optimize content creation and delivery\nWithin 12 Months, you will:\nUse social data insights to influence OCN strategy and identify new opportunities\nScale the program with measurable growth\nDefine best practices for campaign management, budget allocation, and contract negotiation across Brandworks\nServe as the team's go-to creator marketing expert\nWhat you bring:\n3+ years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing\nDeep knowledge of social platforms and creator marketing, with a strong sense of what makes content authentic and engaging\nStrong project management skills across multiple campaigns, deadlines, and budgets\nExperience analyzing social media data and turning it into clear reports and recommendations\nCreative approach to storytelling and content creation\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative, solution-oriented mindset\nProficiency in Google Workspace and Asana; experience with Meta partnership ads a plus\nCreator or talent contract negotiation experience a plus\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred\nEnthusiasm to grow and evolve in a fast-moving field\nWhat We Offer:\nThis is a fully remote role, and we welcome applicants based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
