Inntopia is part of Outside Inc., the outdoor media and technology company behind brands like Outside Magazine, MapMyFitness, Trailforks, and Warren Miller Entertainment.\nYou are the first point of contact for partners who use our Commerce, Marketing Cloud, and Business Intelligence products. The PSG is responsible for overall partner satisfaction, which includes software troubleshooting, training, and strategic advice on how to grow revenue and reduce costs. Our goal is to continuously exceed partner expectations while increasing our value and capturing it through revenue growth.\nYou’ll do all of this while working with a super-fun team of folks who take their work seriously and have fun doing it. Some of us choose to work out of our Stowe, VT office and some choose to work remotely. We’re flexible and we’re looking forward to meeting you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide first-level support and training to Inntopia partners through inbound phone and email inquiries\nConduct proactive outreach to Inntopia partners\nAnswer partner questions about software functionality\nAssist partners in resolving software and system-related issues\nAccurately describe partner software problems and enter them into our issue tracking system\nMaintain regular communication with our partners\nShare best practices with partners using our software\nSell additional Inntopia products and services\nWork as part of an amazing team while learning and having fun\nWhat You Bring\nPrior customer service experience via phone and/or in person\nExceptional partner-focused attitude and relationship-building skills\nStrong technical problem-solving, writing, and verbal skills\nExperience identifying and resolving complex partner issues\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks\nSolid understanding of software and its use in a partner environment\nA demonstrated passion for technology\nAbility to manage changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment\nAbility to work well under pressure and independently\nCollaborative mindset and strong listening skills\nWillingness and ability to learn new skills as required\nStrong desire to delight partners\nAvailability for some evening, weekend, and holiday hours\nPreferred Qualifications\nHTML and/or email marketing experience\nTravel, hospitality, or outdoor industry experience\nWhat We Offer:\nThis is a fully remote role, and we welcome applicants based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
