Introduction Our client, a leading organisation in the retail sector, is seeking an experienced Data Steward to support data governance, data quality and effective data management across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, consistent, reliable and aligned with established governance standards. Duties & Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of data governance frameworks, policies and standards. Monitor and improve data quality, integrity and consistency across business systems. Identify, investigate and resolve data quality issues. Maintain data definitions, business glossaries and metadata documentation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners and technical teams. Support master data management (MDM) and data lifecycle processes. Ensure compliance with internal data governance and regulatory requirements.
