We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who will be responsible for the daily supervision of construction projects and ensure that work is carried out according to schedule, quality standards, technical specifications, and safety requirements.\nJob Responsibilities:\nSupervise daily activities on the construction site.\nMonitor construction progress and ensure work is performed according to schedule.\nInspect and monitor quality, dimensions, structural work, and finishing.\nEnsure work is performed according to technical drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.\nCoordinate and monitor contractors and subcontractors.\nIdentify technical issues, deviations, defects, risks, and potential delays.\nDocument and report deviations and ensure appropriate follow-up.\nMonitor compliance with construction safety regulations and site procedures.\nAssist in resolving practical and technical issues on site.\nConduct regular site inspections.\nPrepare and maintain daily site reports and progress reports.\nDocument relevant site activities, delays, developments, and incidents.\nAssist with interim inspections and final project handovers.\nPrepare, maintain, and follow up on punch lists.\nReport project progress, quality concerns, risks, and other important matters to project management.\nMaintain professional communication and cooperation with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders.\nRequirements\nCompleted MBO- or HBO-level technical education, preferably in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical field.\nMinimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, site execution, construction management, or project coordination.\nExperience with residential construction, commercial construction, and/or apartment developments.\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, structures, and finishing works.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.\nExperience monitoring quality, measurements, and construction progress.\nExperience coordinating and monitoring contractors and subcontractors.\nGood knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.\nExperience preparing daily reports, progress reports, inspection reports, and handover/punch lists.\nGood working knowledge of Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience with AutoCAD, project planning software, and/or digital inspection software is considered an advantage.\nLanguages: English and Dutch, Papiamento and/or Spanish.\nValid driver's license and own transportation.\nWilling and physically able to work regularly outdoors and on active construction sites.\nFlexible availability when project planning, progress, or site conditions require
