Experience working with multi-location, service-based, or restaurant businesses is highly preferred.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close\n\nMaintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online and prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow reports\n\nHandle payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements using Gusto or similar tools\n\nReconcile data between POS or ERP systems (e.g., Clover, Salesforce) and accounting platforms\n\nSupport audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements to strengthen accounting accuracy and efficiency\n\nProvide financial insights and administrative support to leadership\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\n\n3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle bookkeeping\n\nAdvanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel\n\nStrong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes\n\nExperience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting environments\n\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills\n\nPreferred:\nExperience in restaurant, hospitality, or SaaS industries\n\nFamiliarity with Clover POS, Gusto, NetSuite, or Salesforce\n\nKnowledge of ASC 606
