Keeping the Engine Running: You will support an active insurance team by seamlessly handling routine administrative requests without the need to speak directly to end clients.
Navigating with Precision: You will log into multiple insurance portals on a daily basis to process service requests efficiently and accurately.
Maintaining Flawless Records: You will ensure standard insurance servicing workflows are completed with uncompromising attention to detail, keeping the agency's records perfectly organized.
Stepping Up When It Counts: Because you are stepping in urgently to support a team experiencing a staff medical leave, your immediate availability and reliability will be a massive relief to the company's operations.
Requirements
Is This You?:
The Insurance Insider: You bring previous experience in a P&C Insurance CSR role and deeply understand the nuances of homeowners and auto insurance products.
The Applied Epic Pro: You preferably have at least six months of hands-on experience navigating Applied Epic, or you possess strong comparable experience with other insurance management systems.
The Detail-Oriented Organizer: You communicate clearly in English, maintain sharp attention to detail, and pride yourself on keeping workflows perfectly aligned.
Tech-Savvy: You quickly adapt to different portals and systems, bringing your own reliable device (BYOD) to get the job done right.
