transaction coordination using Qualia or similar software.\n\nProfessionally manage inbox and respond to client and partner communications via Gmail.\n\nMaintain and update legal templates, internal records, and client folders.\n\nCoordinate closing schedules with title companies, lenders, and clients.\n\nProvide regular status updates to the managing attorney and paralegal.\n\nSupport internal documentation of processes to improve workflow consistency.\n\nPerform light administrative duties as needed, including scheduling and document management.\n\nAd Hoc Support\nConduct basic legal or property-related research when necessary.\n\nAssist in preparing closing packages and ensuring timely delivery.\n\nSupport operational efficiency by identifying process improvements.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\n1-2 years of paralegal or real estate closing experience.\n\nExperience with Qualia or comparable legal transaction management tools.\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\n\nFamiliarity with Gmail and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.\n\nAbility to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.\n\nLegal or real estate background preferred.\n\nPreferred Tools & Platforms:\nQualia, Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other legal/real estate
