Responsibilities\nClinician Scheduling & Coordination\nContact partner facilities via phone and email to request availability and confirm scheduling needs.\n\nAccurately schedule clinicians using the designated software platform.\n\nUpload available shifts promptly to ensure equal opportunity for all employees.\n\nConfirm clinicians review facility profile sheets and adhere to clock-in/clock-out procedures.\n\nStep in to manage scheduling responsibilities in the absence of the Facility Scheduler or Facility Scheduling Manager.\n\nOrientation & Onboarding Support\nParticipate in orientation sessions to ensure new clinicians are ready for assignments and aligned with company standards.\n\nReview company policies and procedures with new clinicians.\n\nEnsure orientees are assigned to shifts promptly.\n\nWelcome and engage new staff members during orientation sessions.\n\nPromote NursePartners’ core values: connecting, caring, and compassion.\n\nDocumentation & System Management\nMaintain accurate records of clinician schedules and facility communications.\n\nUse digital platforms for scheduling, messaging, and documentation to ensure seamless operations.\n\nTrack clinician assignments and shift completions, updating systems as needed.\n\nAdaptability & Collaboration\nRespond effectively to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWork collaboratively with internal staff, external partners, and outsourced professionals.\n\nMaintain a professional demeanor when interacting with facilities and clinicians.\n\nRequirements\n1-2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, clinician scheduling, or administrative coordination.\n\nFamiliarity with clinician credentialing and facility operations is highly desirable.\n\nExperience using scheduling or workforce management software (e.g., TeamBridge) is preferred.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple scheduling tasks
