Proven ability to write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria, and to break large features into sprint-sized work. Working SQL and the ability to read data mappings, REST APIs and integration specs (CSV, JSON, XML). Experience leading UAT and working directly with clients and partners. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or a similar backlog management tool (such as Jira). Daily use of AI tools for writing, analysis and test design.
