Join us and help elevate businesses with complete control and comprehensive support, let's shape the future of work together!\nProfile Requirements:\nMin 3 years' experience in graphic design within advertising, media, marketing, technology, or SaaS environments (agency or in-house), supported by a strong portfolio of presentations, branding, and marketing collateral.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva, with exceptional skills in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and presentation design.\nAbility to transform complex information into clear visual narratives through effective data visualisation, diagrams, charts, and polished marketing assets.\nExperienced with AI-powered design tools, video editing, and motion graphics (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut), with sound judgement on when and how to apply them.\nHighly self-sufficient and delivery-focused, capable of managing multiple projects independently, working remotely, and thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments with minimal supervision.\nDesirable experience in adtech, martech, SaaS, or AI businesses, with exposure to developing brand systems, motion/3D design, and a strong eye for improving both visual design and written content.\nCore responsibilities:\nDesign and maintain high-impact, brand-consistent sales, investor, product, awards, and marketing collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, capability statements, and event materials.\nTransform rough concepts, founder content, and sales inputs into polished, presentation-ready assets with a visual-first approach and minimal copy.\nDevelop and maintain reusable design templates, slide components, diagrams, charts, and visual assets to improve efficiency and consistency across all marketing materials.\nOwn and evolve the company's visual identity, including logos, brand guidelines, typography, colour systems, and design standards, ensuring consistency across all channels.\nProduce engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and digital assets for presentations, websites, social media, and product marketing campaigns.\nCreate compelling motion graphics, product teaser videos, animated assets, and short-form social content to support launches, sales, and brand awareness.\nLeverage AI-powered design, image, and video tools to improve creative output, productivity, and quality while maintaining professional design standards.\nReview and continuously improve all branded content to ensure visual excellence, eliminate brand drift, and deliver clear, credible storytelling across customer and partner communications.\n Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
