ProfileRequirements: Experience with EIZ or similar stock management systems. Previous experience in eCommerce or warehouse operations. Understanding of inventory forecasting and supplier negotiations. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities independently. Strong working knowledge of Shopify and inventory-related apps. As above, we use an inventory management system called Monicle (monocleapp.co) that we will train the team member to use. Confident with digital tools, spreadsheets, and stock management software. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive supplier relationships. A team player with a hands-on attitude, willing to assist where needed. Core responsibilities: Order and manage inventory. Monitor stock levels and reorder products to meet demand via monocleapp.co which empowers precise inventory management and smarter buying decisions Request and manage credit requests with suppliers. Build and maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely communication. Utilise EIZ (warehouse management system software) - adding purchase order to EIZ when stock is ordered. Manage Back in Stock processes and product updates.
