Join us and help elevate businesses with complete control and comprehensive support, let's shape the future of work together!\nProfile Requirements:\nMandatory:\nMin 3 years’ experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.\nStrong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.\nExperience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.\nProficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.\nDesirable:\nMicrosoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).\nExperience with PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.\nExposure to security best practices and compliance within Microsoft cloud environments.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.\nCore responsibilities:\nProvide Level 2 technical support for clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.\nAdminister, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.\nAssist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.\nMonitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.\nCollaborate closely with the Service Desk, Level 3 engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and project delivery.\nContribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support internal and client use.\nParticipate in an on-call support roster as required.\nStay current with developments in Microsoft technologies, security, and modern IT practices.\n Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
